Compensation at Scintic reflects the non-standard nature of our operating environment. We do not publish salary bands. We do not participate in industry surveys. Offers are structured to the individual based on clearance level, deployment requirements, and division-specific risk profiles. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage, global mobility support, and continuous security clearance assistance. Some positions include additional allowances that are disclosed only upon acceptance.

Scintic operates across 194 nations. For roles requiring field deployment, we provide full logistical support, accommodation, and transition assistance. Terms of deployment are disclosed at offer stage.
Scintic's dedicated Clearance Management Office facilitates the full clearance verification and upgrade process. We maintain active relationships with relevant national and multilateral security authorities.
Full medical, dental, and psychological support through Scintic's proprietary Health Management Protocol. For certain deployed roles, health monitoring is integrated into operational requirements.
